Spumante La Bottega di Roberto Extra Dry

An Extra Dry Spumante made from a blend of autochthonous and international grape varieties grown in Italy, with a straw yellow color, fine and persistent perlage, and delicate aromas of breadcrust, apricot and white flowers. Best enjoyed with appetizers, seafood and raw or grilled fish dishes, served at 8-10°C.
